(1 Unit is equal to approximately 16,180m2 of land). This investment also includes a 100-year lease on the land where your Unit is situated. There is also a small annual Investment- Upkeep fee of €500 per Unit which is to be paid in June of every year. This fee pays for the general upkeep and maintenance of the investment. Over 385,000 tonnes of renewable energy pellets, enough to fill more than twenty-five million 15kg pellet sacks, were produced in Finland last year.
